Kia ora, I'm Taine from West Auckland. Last year I was building a creative advertising portfolio using a no-code platform when something clicked. That moment sparked a real interest in software development. By mid-2024, I decided to step away from advertising and commit fully to a career in tech.

I transitioned full-time into software development and completed Dev Academy's intensive 800+ hour full-stack bootcamp. There, I honed my skills in Agile environments, teamwork, and building projects from scratch. Though I’m passionate about front-end development, I've worked across the stack and enjoy tackling challenges in both development and design. When I'm away from the keyboard, I’m an avid Warriors fan, love to sing and occasionally like to pretend I'm Gordon Ramsay.

I'm driven by solving real problems, building well-structured and user-focused projects, and constantly learning new frameworks and languages. I work best in fast-paced Agile teams where I can contribute, collaborate, and keep pushing my skills forward.
